Emberville is the debut game from Cygnus Cross, created under the direction of founder and Game Director Brynjar E. Gígja alongside Co-Founder and Co-Game Director CohhCarnage. It combines fast-paced real-time combat, weapon-based progression, flexible character builds, crafting, gathering, farming, fishing and creative building within a story-rich world.

One of Twitch’s most respected variety streamers, Cohh Carnage is also a co-founder of Cygnus Cross and a central creative force behind Emberville. Working closely with the development team from the beginning, he has helped shape the game’s vision, systems and overall direction. As Co-Game Director, Cohh brings years of experience as a player, creator and community builder into every stage of development.
Matt is one of the most beloved names in tabletop gaming. Dungeon Master and Chief Creative Officer of Critical Role since 2015, his voice acting credits include some of the most popular games ever made.
Jennifer has starred in three consecutive Game of the Year winners and is THE most decorated voice actress in gaming right now. Memorable characters include Shadowheart (Baldur’s Gate 3), Maelle – (Clair Obscur: Expedition 33) and Latenna the Albinauric in Elden Ring.
An iconic, stage trained legend is joining us in Orlando! he has played Hamlet and Cassius in Julius Caesar. He’s an actor, voice actor, voice director, and even performance capture specialist. Known for his iconic role Adam Jensen in Deus Ex and scores of others.
Actor, voice actor, and streamer, he is ALSO a Performance Director. Memorable characters include Jan Dolski in The Alters, and Mr. Hands in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. He is also a member of Natural Six, the popular tabletop D&D streaming series.
Known for her humor, warmth and unmistakable personality, Cahlaflour is part of Emberville’s voice cast and will host the Emberville stage show at GCX. She will also be appearing at the Emberville booth throughout the event, meeting attendees and joining the team for special moments across the weekend.
With more than 20 years of experience in game and software development, Brynjar Elí Gígja is the founder and CEO of Cygnus Cross and the creator and Game Director of Emberville. He leads the game’s creative vision and overall development, working closely with the team to shape its world, story, systems and long-term direction. At GCX, Brynjar will share more about the journey behind Emberville and the ambition driving the project forward.
