Our team reviews every artist for quality and variety across the Alley, and replies by email.

Artist Alley FAQ
Who can apply for Artist Alley?
Independent artists and makers selling their own work, including prints, stickers, pins, originals, commissions, crafts and cosplay accessories. Every application is reviewed.
Can I share a table?
Tell us in your application who you plan to share with and include their portfolio. We confirm sharing as part of your approval.
How are artists chosen?
We review portfolios for quality and for a good variety of styles, mediums and fandoms across the Alley.
What is included with a table?
Table setup, exhibitor badges and load-in details are covered in the exhibitor kit sent with your acceptance.
When is the show floor open?
Friday July 23 and Saturday July 24, 2027, from 10am to 5pm ET, on the soundstages at Universal Orlando Resort.
When will I hear back?
We reply to every application by email. Artist Alley tables are limited, so we recommend applying early.
