Set your GPS to 6000 Universal Boulevard — the address for CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, and Islands of Adventure. Follow signs for CityWalk parking. Note: Universal Epic Universe uses a separate address (1001 Epic Boulevard) — do not navigate there for GCX. From the garages, follow signs through the security hub into CityWalk; GCX is in Sound Stages 18 to 21 at the back, beside Hard Rock Hotel.

GCX uses Universal Orlando’s main parking complex at CityWalk (one set of garages serves CityWalk and both theme parks).

Rates are set by Universal and subject to change — check the Universal Orlando app for live pricing. Being dropped off or using Uber or Lyft? You pay nothing for parking; drop-off uses the designated garage level (Jurassic Park section).

Standard self-parking: approximately $30 per day.
Prime / Preferred: approximately $50 per day.
Valet: available at the CityWalk valet stand; rates vary by length of stay.
Free after 6:00 PM: standard self-parking is complimentary at CityWalk after 6:00 PM on most non-special-event nights.

Getting from your hotel to GCX

Every Universal Orlando hotel includes complimentary transportation to CityWalk. Cabana Bay and Aventura run shuttle buses to the CityWalk hub roughly every 15 minutes, from about an hour before park opening until CityWalk closes. From the drop-off it is a short walk to GCX. Both hotels also connect to CityWalk by a landscaped garden walkway. Water taxis run from Loews Portofino Bay, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific, and Loews Sapphire Falls directly to CityWalk.

Fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) — roughly 20 to 30 minutes from Universal Orlando via I-4.

Universal’s SuperStar Shuttle — for Universal hotel guests; door-to-door, added to your reservation in advance. Check in at the MCO Ground Transportation desk on Level 1. Book via the Universal Guest Contact Center: 1-877-801-9720 (or 407-224-4233 to add to an existing package).

Accessible parking is available at the Universal CityWalk parking complex — let a team member know at the toll plaza for the closest access to the security hub.

The soundstages and show floor are step-free and accessible. Accessible seating is available at the Main Stage; ask any GCX staff member or visit the Information desk for assistance.

Tickets & Admission

3 Day Ultimate Pass (GCX Friday and Saturday, GCX After Dark, and a full day at Universal Epic Universe on Sunday), Premium Pass (GCX Friday and Saturday plus GCX After Dark), Saturday Pass + After Dark, Weekend Pass, Saturday Pass, Friday Pass, Kid’s Passes for ages 3 to 9, and a standalone GCX After Dark ticket. Kids ages 3 to 9 need a Kid’s Pass, which requires an accompanying adult pass. Ages 10 and over need a standard pass.

Yes. On the Premium Pass, groups of 4 or more save 15% and groups of 6 or more save 20%. Expand the Premium Pass options at checkout to choose your group tier.

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, splitting your order into four payments.

Admission for its day or days, a commemorative badge, show floor access, panel programming access, and meet and greet access. Premium adds GCX After Dark, LAB77 merch discounts, and early access to merch drops and the hotel block. The 3 Day Ultimate Pass adds all of that plus a full day at Universal Epic Universe on Sunday, July 25.

An exclusive after-hours celebration inside Universal Islands of Adventure on Saturday, July 24, including a $25 Universal food and beverage gift card. Entry from 5:00 PM, with the park exclusive to GCX attendees from 9:00 PM until midnight. Included with the 3 Day Ultimate Pass, Premium Pass, Saturday Pass + After Dark, and the Kid’s Premium and Kid’s Saturday + After Dark passes. Also available on its own at checkout. A GCX pass is required.

No. All tickets, passes, and add-ons are non-refundable; all sales are final.

Early pick-up runs Wednesday, July 21 and Thursday, July 22 at the Fun in the Sun Rec Center at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort, then on site at GCX Registration in Soundstage 18 on Friday and Saturday. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

10:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET on Friday, July 23 and Saturday, July 24. Sunday, July 25 is the GCX day at Universal Epic Universe, which runs on the park’s own hours.

SS18 is the Main Stage. SS19 is the Tabletop Tavern. SS20 is our Gaming Hall (PC Play, tournaments, Indie Avenue). SS21 is our Market (Artist Alley, Fallout Community, Elder Scrolls Night Market, Meet and Greets). Full details for 2027 will be posted closer to the show — see the What’s Where map.

Yes — your badge allows re-entry each day.

Your badge or order confirmation and photo ID, comfortable shoes, and a card or cash for Artist Alley, merch, and autographs. Bring your own item if you want it signed.

Yes — all guests pass through Universal’s security screening at the central hub before entering CityWalk. Review Universal’s prohibited-items list before arriving.

Guests, Meet & Greets, Cosplay

Guests for 2027 will be announced through the year — see the Voice Actors and Creators pages for the latest.

Meet & Greets with voice actors and creators are held in Soundstage 21. Check the full list of special guests for details on who is joining us this year, and the experiences they are offering. Some special guests will be located elsewhere on the show floor, and others will be doing a Meet & Greet only (no signings or photos). This is by their choice and request. All other voice actors and actors are offering paid signing, photos and more. Meet and greet access is included with every GCX pass, so you can line up and talk to them.

Yes. Many of our voice actors offer unique, exclusive merch along with autographs and photo opportunities at their tables, priced at traditional convention rates. Your pass includes access; autographs, photos, and merch are purchased at the table, so bring a card or cash.

 

Yes — cosplay is welcome. To enter the Cosplay Contest you need a GCX 2027 event ticket; any pass qualifies. See the Cosplay page for theme, rules, and prizes.

Getting Here & Staying
