?
GCX is a creator-driven gaming event built for meaningful brand and community engagement.
Set within a vacation destination environment, GCX brings together creators, their audiences, and passionate gaming communities in a setting designed for extended interaction and deeper connection. For industry partners, this translates to direct access to creators, high-intent audiences, and integrated opportunities to activate in ways that go beyond traditional event exposure.
A NEW WAY FOR THE GAME INDUSTRY TO CONNECT
GCX is open for business! If you work professionally in the games industry and want to connect with creators, developers, publishers, and brands, sign up for our Industry Badge to the GCX B2B experience.
Accredited industry attendees gain access to the main GCX event, including an opening industry mixer, dedicated lounge space for meetings and networking, and may opt into GCX After Dark at the standard attendee rate.
Unlike traditional industry events, GCX is designed for accessibility and interaction. High caliber creators are fully integrated into the industry experience: participating in programming, engaging with fans, and present throughout the event, creating natural opportunities for conversation and collaboration. Combined with on-site support to help make the right introductions, GCX enables connections that feel organic and actionable.

GCX After DARK - Saturday, July 24:
- 5:00PM to 9:00PM – Universal Islands of Adventure Entry for GCX After Dark passholders
- 9:00PM to 12:00AM – Exclusive After Dark in certain area(s) of the park to be announced soon.
GCX AT UNIVERSAL EPIC UNIVERSE - SUNDay, July 25:
NEW FOR 2027!: Join us for a 3rd day together in the park at Universal Epic Universe. After the event ends – the theme park vacation begins.
All industry badge applications are manually reviewed. Applicants should currently work in the games industry or have done so within the past 12 months.
Once approved, you will have access to the following badge options:

Includes access to the full GCX event, industry mixer, and dedicated lounge. - Industry Badge + After Dark ($139)
Includes all Industry Badge benefits, plus access to GCX After Dark

We are partnering with MeetToMatch, the premier B2B meeting platform trusted by gaming events worldwide, to focus on connecting with creators. Hundreds of creators, agents, and agencies will be available to meet 1-on-1, with easy scheduling and numbered meeting tables.
INDUSTRY LOUNGE
Take a time out from our busy show floor to access our GCX Industry Lounge, only accessible to Industry, Creator, and VIP badge holders.
With coffee refills and refreshments on hand, it’s a quiet space to step away from it all and connect with colleagues and creators.
SOCIAL MIXER
We want to provide the opportunity to mix and mingle with your fellow industry professionals, so once the show floor closes we will re-open it at 7pm on Friday, July 23rd with drinks, canapes, and games. A chance to meet, greet, and converse after the first day of the event is done.
AFTER DARK
As the doors close on the Saturday of GCX, join us after dark inside the gates of Universal Islands of Adventure, exclusive to GCX attendees until midnight. Industry Badge holders can purchase an additional ticket to access GCX After Dark while allocations last. It’s the premiere highlight to the event.
